Jewish Participants Needed for Advance Care Planning Study

We need your help.

Empath Health is conducting a research study to identify how to reduce barriers for our Jewish community members in completing their living wills.

Participants will attend a workshop, receive a free and legal living will as well as educational materials and a small thank you gift. Refreshments will be served.
