Grief #101: Steps to Healing

Anyone who is experiencing the loss of a loved one is welcome to join the Grief #101 Steps to Healing group grief counseling.

While grief is a highly individualized experience, participation in a support group often helps the healing begin. We try to keep these groups small, 15 people, so that everyone can fully participate and benefit from the sessions.
